What is GRT Program? |
- As we continue to grow and expand our retail operations, we identify the need for the creation of a progressive pipeline of groomed frontline talent with the focus on smart retailing that can jump start a career in Retail Store Operations.
- After successful completion of functioning (minimum 2 years) in Store Operations, opportunity in functions like B&M, LP, SCM & BD shall be provided basis individual performance and company requirements.
- GRTP is focused to create talented young professionals who can understand and grow with the organization's need and have a long lasting success with their association with ABRL.

Scope |
- Potential Talent completing Graduation and are willing to have a career in Retail Industry
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum academic score of 50%
- Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations
- One year of intensive training irrespective of specialization stream or campus
- People With 6 to 12 months experience can also apply.
