Role Purpose:

To work within a team of highly skilled network engineers who are responsible for End to End delivery of various Products like : Ethernet, Wave , IP-VPN, Internet Access, Intelligent Networks (IN Services), Voice Line, VoIP Access , Number Portability etc. The core tasks include Service Designing, Order Entry, Resource Provisioning, Service Configuration & Service Activation & Handover.

Teams that work in collaboration here are Customer Solution, Order processing, Bandwidth Planning & Configuration, IP Configuration, Technical Administration, Voice Configuration & Porting desk to deliver the best class Services.

Key accountabilities:
  • Customer Solutions Designing
  • Order Processing

Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial):
  • Ensuring completion of requisite tasks as per customer expectations and within agreed SLA’s & OLA’s.
  • Ensuring that all the relevant tasks are completed with highest Quality Standards and “First Time Right”
  • Delivery KPI’s to be maintained as per the norms
  • Ceases for customer services are executed as per the process without any financial impact to customers
Competitive Skills:
  • Good knowledge of telecom products & services/ networking fundamentals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Focussed on delivering with Quality
  • Ability to find opportunities to adopt innovative technologies

To liaise with different teams including Packet Network Engineering, teams in India / Europe, NOC, TAC, Network Engineering, Order Management, Billing and work together to deliver the best in class Services. Our endeavor is always towards achieving customer satisfaction and faster Lead time to market.

Competitive Skills:
  • Strong in Computational Thinking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, basics of SQL, Angular JS
  • Inclination to Analyse Information and arrive at insights
  • Whitepapers, blogs or non-academic certifications / credentials in programming language / in Analytics space would be a major plus
  • Knowledge of Industry trends on Analytics and experience in leading Analytics tools would be a value add
  • Introduction to data modelling and data warehousing concepts
Education Qualification
  • Must earn Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication discipline by June 2020 with minimum 60% aggregate across all semesters
Nice to have skills
  • Understanding of Math, Statistics and the theoretical foundations of Statistical & Machine Learning
  • ML & Predictive modelling Academics projects / competitions with strong individual contribution
  • Understanding of with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn, Numpy, Scipy, Pandas)
  • Understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, bag of words, sentiment analysis etc), statistics and classification algorithms

Teams that work in collaboration with Sales, Technical Solution Managers, Network Operations, Service Assurance, Service Delivery, Technical Resolution Center etc. to deliver the best class services / Solutions.
