Hi Sharda, Just have a account in firstnaukri.com/ click on below link or on home page there are a banner regrading Mphasis click there before or after you have to LOGIN, then click on apply.
From where you got that form? Is it from official mphasis email id? If it's official id it would end with xyz@mphasis.com? There are lot of fake mails coming in that name.
