Hi Sharanbasappa, Each organization has its own policies to hire and train a fresher. When you read Chanakya’s Arthashastra, you realize that these were applicable even in those times. Radhakrishnan in his book Corporate Chanakya has defined these 5 qualities that Chanakya described a fresher should possess. So an advice to fresher’s here would be to start thinking in these areas if you have not already started doing it.
Fresher’s should possess the following qualities:
•Desire to Learn
•Effective Listening
•Ability to Reflect
•Ability to reject False Views
•Intent on Truth, Not on person.
