dear gautam there are many options after b. tech it depends on ur performance in b. tech and also mostly on ur intrest such as whether u like to do job if u get opportunity and if not then u may study further i.e. mba ,m.tech,civil services in ur specilization field. at last it only depends only on ur intrest .all the best.
