Sir this is Ajay singh.i have done 3 years diploma in IT & I have 3.10 years of experience in the networking field .i m runing jobless for last 2 months.i have also done MBA in IT.i believe voice technical support have much opportunities in todays corporate enviournment.but my voice accent is poor.
