Hi Shiksha, I wouldnt prefer tech support career for freshers iff u like to take calsl n solve problems over phone for 8hrs. Only thing u learn is communication skills..U can only improve in communication skills.. Well take this as a last option.. I wouldnt say its bad but if u want to go to dept u like then u ve to wait for 18 months + buttering skills mandatory, So i wud advice wait for better opportunity / right platform, dnt look for salary, learn things n u can excel on that.. take tech support as last option..
