Corporate finance involves working capital management, dealing with creditors to finance its operations, project finance, cash management, etc. At the lower end you can also join in accounts payable/receivable sections as well. And about CMA, you must be knowing about ICWA the cost accounting insti.

They actually changed their name from CWA (cost and work accountant) to CMA (cost and management accountant). And that is confusing people coz CWA is a well recognised by all but its new name is not that popular. I am sure you must be knowing about ICWA and CWA.
