Hi Hitesh,

Its been just 2 years since your graduation. There's no need to get frustrated. Do you have any financial commitments? If you don't and have the interest to study further, go for it. during your graduation you might have sensed some field that had interested you then. Research on companies and technological developments in this field and pursue your higher studies. This is often a best break that professionals find. If both the conditions are not conducive, I would say Industrial automation is a nearer possibility for change. There are companies that which honor your current experience and may want to offer a role in automation, if you have some special skills like CAD, LabView, PLC/PAC programming etc. For instance, ABB, Siemens and others have setups in India and specialize in a wide range of products. Try to gather more info on these. Build skills. And don't panic.
All the best!

Hi Hitesh,
Switching a domain is liitle difficult. What I would suggest is along with your job start studying, try to get some mentors help. If possible try to join some weekend short term courses. Along with this job start searching for the job of your interest. Don't even miss a small chance also. May be pay scale will be less but believe that you will get a good start somewhere.
Best of luck
