Doing a SCADA course is a total waste of money and time. Yes, they assure 100% placement but ever thot of the package they provide. Its in the vicinity of 10-15k.
Instead of that give elitmus test. Prepare well and score well. If u score, u will get chances of getting interviewed into Core as well as software companies with very Handsome packages. And there u can learn and earn both.
If u want to do course only, go for C-DAC courses, they are more job oriented.
