QUESTION
Myself Mathew(23). I have completed my 3 year GNIIT-Software Engineering course and Parallely completed B.COM from Mumbai University. My goal is to become a 'Software Engineer' and work as 'Software Developer'. I wish to study further. So is pursuing MCA from Mumbai university a good option?

Hi Mathew, I am working in Software gaint IBM India as a software test specialist , as far as your concern for degree , I will tell you one simple funda, don't take degree's too much of a hype.. I mean yes a good degree is quite essential and if it is taken from a nice university which provide campus placement its just like icing on the cake but what i will suggest try making your aptitude, technical skills strong so as they can reflect where ever you go, than no body will ask you your qualification only what will shine is your knowledge ! Else MCA is good option as IT companies take MCA people.
