Of course embedded is a good opportunity for girls also. But one thing you should remember is that you should be good with electronics concepts and programming (C, C++) skill as well. Its very difficult to get into a core company like this as a fresher. But you will find lot of small scale industries which will pay less initially. Try to grab as much as knowledge you can and build your experience in embedded tools. If you really want to get into such core, you may not get a quick response. Don't loose hope, keep trying.

There is no such discrimination based on the Sex. But there are constraints with Marketing profile jobs for Ladies. You can opt for the Embedded domain itself. Salary shall be less but increase up immensely with exp and exposure. Create profiles on all job sites. Make proper job application and wish you all the best for a bright career ahead !!
