Iam prameela.i have completed my B,Tech 2012(ECE)..and i joined as .net course.but i did n't get job.i found difficulties.then i joined Gis course.I get a small job in GIS field..but iam not satisfied.iam confused to continue the job or left the company.
Hi Prameela, Well I would suggest that technically, you are well qualified but you definitely need to work on your communication skills as that is really important these days. Also, expand your network via Linkedin/ Job consultants/ Seniors/ Parents' friends etc. and approach them for guidance. All the best!!

I understand that getting a job can be difficult. First of all I will say be patient, take a step back and think about it.
What do you really want to work at in your life. Since you are not happy at your current job, so you cant do worse than this.
Try answering the question.
a) is there something that I am good at ?
b) is there something that I love to do ?
c) do any of the above two answers has a potential form a career in ?
In case you can find a can find a common answer to 2/3 questions i think that is the career for you.
So for your specific question. try to pursue the chosen field, be good at it and make a career out of it.
