I've completed B.Tech(CSE) in 2012 and currently working as Technical Support Engineer since 1.6 i'm looking jobs in core company (construction/ production / mechanical / Electrical).how can i get a job in core sector?is it necessary to take courses like industrial Safety or Autocad???

Amir Kumar Das Actually the job role of a Technical Support Engineer is to troubleshoot IT related issues in the organization.EX-desktop related issues,Network related & Server related issues,printer issues.Besides troubleshooting istallation of hardware software..
