QUESTION
I recently completed my engineering (IT) and I'm working in the testing domain. My real interest, however, is in becoming a trainer/success coach. I know I can make a difference, but I have no idea how to get into this field. Ideally, I'd like to avoid doing a PG course of any kind. Thanks.
