I'm a b.tech(cs) 2011 batch graduate since then i'm working in an Bpo. Life is not goin smoothly now I want to switch over to some IT Role in an IT company so what are the things that are helpful for me to move into IT field ?
Hi Ankur, I would suggest 2 routes to you. One would be to do some courses in IT specifically in testing or SAP and then look for opportunities. Being a fresher in IT, it may take some time to make a transition as simply doing a course will not assure you a job. So, you may have to look for opportunities in some Tier 2 software companies to gain experience and then make a move to big companies. Second route would be to go for higher education and then make a transition in IT.
