I have done MBA (Finance) in 2012. Currently i am working with A Manufacturing Concern (Edible Oil) B.L.Agro Oils Ltd. as an Account Executive. I have approx. 1 year 3 months experience in Taxation. I want to switch company. Please tell me that there is any need to do Financial module/ Sap Course.
dear friend most of my friends ask me the same question as you ask. SAP is a good software but it is then only valuable when u have a good experience in field or else it is waste of time and money.
no company will hire you.in my opinion you just take some time means complete 2 years and one more thing is you should have knowledge in tax,vat, and main TDS and service tax.

Hello Abhishek, 1.3 year exp. is not much in today's corporate. you should go for more experience in the same co. if you are getting good salary. complete around 2 year exp. and then go for switch. you'll get Sr. Exe. profile. and yes you can go for SAP course.
Hi Abhishek ... You shouldn't have a second thought of doing a SAP course. It is always a yes and I suggest you to go ahead and do SAP FICO which is especially for MBA finance students and as you have 1 yr and 3 months of experience, I recommend you to continue an year more in the same company as you are in now because that will help your resume look stronger and better. With an experience of 2 years you will be a diamond in the market so this is what I suggest you. Thank you.

THIS IS NOT A GOOD TIME FOR QUIT. SAP WILL BE BETTER IF YOU HAVE A EXPERIENCE OF 3 OR 4 YESRS. DON'T QUIT JOB TRY TO LEARN SAP WITH THE CURRENT JOB. BCZ THERE IS VERY SECARCITY OF JOB IN THE MARKET
Look, Brother one thing that, I must to tell you if you really want to make career in Accounts and Finance sector you will have to need some other strong qualification such as CA, ICWA . I m also from the same background and having 6 year experience in accounts and finance presently m working as Head- Finance and Accounts but the same situation m also suffering and when m gone in deep i found for better opportunity in accounts or finance or taxation(parts of finance) must to do course mention above,,,,,Its my opinion well m not expert but want to share what, I feel u can also contact with experts.
