i have done BTECH MECHANICAL in year 2009 and after that i have worked in two different companys as QA ENGINEER for 2.5 years ,now i want to do MBA IN HR , and i want to prepare for CAT
should i leave my job and prepare for cat because i feel if iwant a good college then i have fully focus on cat

I don't recommend leaving your job, you should join a good coaching institute with weekend classes. Another thing to consider would your financial stability as forms and admission process may ask you to spend a lot of money. So if you financial stable, you may quit and focus on study. Else surely not.
An Avg IQ needs anything between 600-1000 hours of preparation to crack CAT... If you can do it with a job, I won't recommend quitting!
If you still think you would like to do only CAT preparation and nothing else, Take a 2 to 2.5 month sabbatical and give a 10-12 hours sitting rather than quitting!
