I have done both 12 and deploma, but due to poor grades in 12 i am not eligible for most of the companies but i have distinction in deploma and degree. So what should do to be eligible for companies placement process? ??
Don't worry ,there are many companies who do not make it compulsory the school marks .many companies are now judging students on the basis of their fundamentals & performance in the interview.
