The prime necessity in formulating a good career path is focus. I see that somewhere along the line you have lost focus on what you really want to do. Nevertheless if you really sure of getting into HR now, start now. First thing you should remember is you should be ready to start from scratch since you dont have any relevant experience. Be ready to compromise on salary if that is what you wish to pursue over a long term. Start networking, make contacts, leverage them. You could possibly start with a Generalist HR profile which does not require any specific skills. Present your people skills well while preparing your CV.
nidhi. After BCA why did you not choose MCA & after MBA why wanna get job in HOUR still you have experience in IT. I think you should start you carrier with - IT.
