Hi Archit,
What area of Investment banking are you into? Also is it something which interests you and the future in Investment banking involves a lot of hard work and long hours and crazy work schedules. That should be the aim if you are looking for a long career in Investment banking to get to the front end. If this interests you, i would suggest sticking around for a long enough time for you to be give that opportunity. If this is not what you are looking for, start looking at either switching jobs into a profile you might be interested in or start looking at studying for your postgraduation which could be MBA or CFA or any similar options..

Archit,

Get yourself 2+ years of experience. And then go for MBA , but only from reputed institutions like IIMs,XMLRI,SPJ etc. And if you can not afford it then go for correspondence.
