I have an experience of 28 months as a risk analyst @ Ernst & Young. Want to switch, but am not getting any relevant calls.

I am BTECH CSE Graduate 2012 batch pass out with 7.57 CGPA. I didn't get placement from college and I am jobless with no experience... Presently I am preparing for Government Jobs like SSC and PSUs... I am very worried about my career because of one year gap after graduation... Should I go for masters or should keep trying for Government jobs ???

Once you apply to these vacancies, make it a point to follow them up for the status of your Resume. This will help the recruiters to remember you. As the recruiters receive plenty of applications for a particular profile its difficult for them to look for all the applications. But your followup call can help them to remember you.
