Please attend by all means. Do not let any small requirement be a deterrent for applying. This is an excellent company with great career growth. For this profile, knowledge of English is mandatory. They offer voice and accent training to build up your confidence, clarity of speech and focus on rapport building skills with the customer. However, they have suggested that knowing a South Indian language would be beneficial that you can interact with team members well. There are a few corporate social initiatives in which employees who are conversant in Kannada (if this is MPhasis Bangalore for example) can voluntarily pitch in and help their peers understand the local tingue. This requirement, although a plus point, is not mandatory. Please focus on the technical aspects of the Job Profile : ISP,DSP, Routing, Networking, Remote Access, Service level Agreement, First Time Fix, Ticket Resolution, Incidents vs Severity, Escalation process
