Congratulation for getting an awesome experience . Why because many people avoid working in startups, though many of them don't know that the kind of experince they will get in Startup they will not get in MNC.

Whether to go for distance learning or regular, do it from reputed institution. I think IT you already in, go for Marketing and Finance.

Ankit Gupta Thanks for reply.
I am going for Distance learning from Symbiosis (SCDL). But the doubt that is kicking me again and again is that is it worth to do MBA in Marketing or Finance or HR. Because I somewhere think that Distance learning will just work as add on not as proper job providing course.

Vikram Kohli That is true Ankit. Distance learning is to enhance your knowledge. Take advantage of your degree is up to you when doing it in distance mode. If you want placement opportunities, then go for regular course. But please prefer IIMs',XLRI,SPJain.

Ankit Gupta At given point of time, I can't go with regular studies, leaving my job. So anyhow I have to go for Distance Learning mode only. But as per my knowledge, MBA in IT may give me better opportunity rather than Marketing, Finance or HR. I just want to ask you if my thinking and approach are right.
