By seeing your recent conversation, I can understand, you had mistakenly chosen an unlike path.
But, still chances are closed. If you ask me, its better for you to join in MTech ( only in good colleges) only through competitive exams. I am saying since,
>> Chances are very few, if you want to try a job now in IT field. But, you said you want learn a technical language. Since, it takes time, you are again going to take time in searching. This will make your chances still low.

But, if you join in a college with good campus rating, you could better expertise in any language & crack the campus interview.

Is that job anything related to your core? Remember switching a job to another field won't be considered as a relevant experience in another domain. You have to start as a fresher.

i worked in marketing field ,but i know that experience is not consider ,but my problem now is on which course i need to build my career, iam very tense on my career that i already wasted my time ,so,i need to use my time very carefully from now onwards ,so sugest me a course related

If you are interested in processors, controllers and C programming, you can choose embedded course. If you are looking for an IT job, I hope someone else will help you. I have seen lot of guys doing php and .net.
