if u r not interested in programming then don't go for SAP ABAP because its technical part of SAP and also testing requires little more technical knowledge...better opt for SAP functional like finance as u have done MBA or else business analyst is best 4 u and offers more than 10L per annum...I have given my options as a Sap abap consultant

When u r not interested in so much programming, why do u chose to set ur career in IT sector. Everything would be fine if it is new. But, when time passes u get bored, when u dont like the field. My best suggestion would be u can go in for a career other than programming.

As per my suggestion, it would really be better if you go for the profile of Business Analyst as it will suit your profile and there is a huge requirement of business analysts these days in IT sector.

Debadatta was right. You can go for SAP Functional. There is also another ERP in Oracle. Oracle E-Business Suite. You can chose Finance or Supply chain. LIBA offers 3 months/1 year course for learning SCM/Finance. Since you have your MBA in HR, the LIBA course will help you to begin a good career. Whichever you opt, start immediately.
