dont get confused, try with one of these techniques DBA, WEB DESIGN.,& S/W TESTING. All these are simple, required only 2 months dedicated study. look for some good regular industrial training institute and go with some smal projects.

MCA has good scope if you know your course too well, Health problem is over I hope, look for opportunities, get in a place once and then rest will be based on experience.

I understand the anxiety dude. But you have to be calm for your mind to work properly. You can get a job in new cutting edge technologies like MS Sharepoint 2010, Selenium automation, iOS and J2ME if you are focussed enough to learn these. Also try moving to Bangalore to search for a job, where the job opportunities for a fresher are the maximum. All the best!!

As you are 2011 passed out student and because of two years gap you do not have any experience.This where you are failing to get entry in IT.

I advise you to Join some JOB oriented course of your interest in good recognized Institute.(e.g SEED,NIIT etc) where there will be placement assistance after course completion.
Get knowledge and then apply for Job.

you will join any course standard instutite like java, dot net after you search job i think you will get good job then improve your communication skill most of the company expected communication skill with subject knowledge it is enough this is IT job related , do one think you interest banking sector , this also good career in your life ,you will join any coaching center and IPBS atten all written exam may be you got banking job .
