i am rahul completed MCA in 2011. currently working on Action Script 3.0 from jan 2013 i have 8 month exp in action script. salary is 1.44 lacks pa. no salary slip is given and salary is paid in cash mode. now what should i do may i leave this job or continue this i am totally confused. help m
There shall not be any growth over here. Its high time for changing out. You can take a xerox copy of the Voucher where you sign for receiving your salary. All the very best !!
