Firstly Take a step back, take a breath. The answer is simple!
Do what you love. For a moment, don't think about the Job, don't worry about the money, just sit back and think about what makes you happiest.
This is what you need to be doing. From your situation, it seems like you wanted to go in Programming field.
you did B.tech From IT stream and did a course in .NET and after than u have teaching experience. This is just amazing Dear.
But you are just too afraid to choose the path you really want to take. This is where so many people get stuck, but if you take the plunge into a career of passion, you won't regret it!
as i said that whtever u do, just love your work. Do one thing at a time so that you could give your 100% there. If you are doing M.Tech then just be there
After completing your m.tech you can definitely get better opportunities in software and IT field. or A conversation with a career counselor may help clear your mind and point you in the right direction. He or she can also tell you about careers you had no idea even existed.
Stay Positive, Keep cool And Try to learn from everyone
Just keep this thing in Mind, When one door closes, another opens for you with new blessings and love
