Hi Deeksha, if you not happy with the campus placement then you are open to approach any company as fresher. Vacancies are available & companies are ready to hire. But there's always a possibility of not being offered the same or more salary package. More over if you opt for a job offered though your campus placement your career graph would be comparatively better than what you'll be having off Campus. Secondly, the salary package that the companies pay during your campus placement, the same company will offer you lesser amount in off campus. Its always appreciated to join the company that you were selected through campus placement. You always have an option to switch. But in my opinion you should stick to your campus placement job Even if you are not satisfied. You are never satisfied when you get anything easily, wll thats a human tendency. Try and grab what you have in hand. you never know what future brings for you.
