I am fresher(IT engg. branch).I have offers from 2 compns-Verifone,Bang. &MAQ;Softwares,Hyd.Salary of Verifone is 12K more per mnth than MAQ. Verifone uses Java ,MAQ-.NET tech.In Verifone Iwillbe undr 3rd party payrole-Collabera which says I will bcme perman. Verifone employ. in6 mnths.Whic tojoin?

My 2 friends are working in Verifone .One guy have a 4+ years of experience and more guy have 2 + years of Experience..the second guy joined through the contract from ITC .Both doing well .You are the fresher Salary doesn't matter ,now u need some experience in company side so u better to join Verifone...

If you are working for MAQ u cant apply jobs in microsoft. because MAQ workl also for microsoft. but i think maq has increament for every 6 months. If it is so i think its better join MAQ. Once deeply analyze your roles and responsibilities and company web sites and decide which suits u more. Salary should not be a parameter in initial career.
First of all, no 3rd party company can make you permanent in any companies. Secondly, the pay out which you are joining, is not a good idea, go for a direct interview. Thirdly, why don't you try in Accenture or Cognizant? Just a suggestion, but always listen to your heart and one more thing, 'Salary is all you work for, no one is here for charity my friend'.
Hi dear firstly you have to decide which technology is better for you(Interested) . If i a am on your place i definitely go through Java technology at starting you need to get experience and knowledge your future will bright.

First of all you need to decide about technology. Both these companies use different technologies. And both the technologies have their own field expertise.
So decide on the basis of Java OR .NET?
I personally will suggest go for Java i.e. Verifone.
