I am currently working as a software engineer in an IT company with 3 years of experience. I am pretty saturated with my job and work profile and seekeng a change of career option. Is it possible to make a respectable career in Social Work or some Travel relalated organization or in photography.
Hi Akshat, You can choose what you are really interested in, just do your swot analysis and see the options that are best for you are career. see about other sectors instead of IT like if travelling career excites you... see for companies like make my trip, thomas cook, etc... and apply there. This will work.

I would prefer to vote for your passion. If the work you are working is not satisfying or if you feel that much inclined to move out of the current job, then dont hold on, move and go for the passion . You may feel a little tough in the beginning as you may not be an experienced person in the field you are moving but ; later you will get self satisfaction and happiness.
