HI Shubham.. A father was sometime son and even after becoming father he is son of someone. This logic applies everywhere….. to manage a team you have to be a part of the team, understand the Nitty-gritty and then apply the same. post becoming manager also you will be managed by someone.
My suggestion would be first look for some good job and side by side prepare for CAT and other management related exams
Be open minded and start hunting, once you have a job, find the skills and acumen required to be a manager and replicate the same in your life. Its really good that you are clear about your career goal and I wish u best of luck. :)

Now -a - days, getting a managerial position is also difficult for an PGDM/MBA. So, after Bcom dont expect a managerial job straight away. You have to start your career from an executive level and after gaining relevant experience and higher qualification you can expect Managerial Role.
