i am complite b.tech(cs) in 2013, i want to take CCIE Secruity traning. many institute say i will get 6 lacs as a starting salry after clearing lab exam , is it true?.

my decision is to take ccie traning as a fresher is good for my career or not ?
and how many vacancies available for ccie.
