Hi Gautam,
You may not like what i am about to say, but i'll be frank with you. Teaching freshers or newbies at APTECH or other coaching institutes is very different from taking training sessions for corporates.
Any company before inviting a freelance trainer looks at their profile. With you being a recent college graduate, no industry exposure and practically no exposure to tricky real time situations, it would be very unlikely that you would be invited to train their employees. For their employees would be having more practical knowledge and exposure to real time situations.
So I would suggest that if possible you get into some IT company and gain few years of experience. In due course of time, it'll be a smooth transition for you to move from corporate to freelancer or institute level training.
Otherwise, you need to gain few more years of experience in your current teaching experience, knowledge and practical project scenarios to be able to get into 'credible' corporate training.
Thanks

Hi..!!
You are working as a java technical trainer.
So u might have known all the main coding part.
Now try in some other institute that offers both developer and Trainer.
It might work in moving yourself completely into developing slowly.

Hello Bro if u r training as technical trainer in Java Technologies with Aptech Ltd from past six months then u must hv six months experience of previous cmpny as well now u hv 1 yr experience in java.So u can apply for a job provided u must hv expertise on ur technial points and must hv gained some practical knowlege in Aptech by training students onsome live project for that u hv to go completely thru book complete reference at first then implement it as I know u were not satisfied with ur previous cmpny. It will help u crack interviews as u know in today's world knowledge is must and the thing which I hv learned in my one year experience is that to be successful u hv to choose one thing nd become master of that then nobody can stop u from succeeding be it Java,.net or anything ofcourse it must be of ur interest. Then u hv to back urself for that
All The Best for ur future :)
