Hi Vasant ,
It depends on which type of job you are aiming at. Having a decent academic scores is always a plus point but not a stopping one. As you are a computer science graduate you must be aiming at software firms as your line of employment , which only requires 60% in aggregate(BIg firms). You must improve your technical skills in coding and database management which will increase your chances to get selected in good job.

Getting a good job depends on many criterias.
Educational qualification and score is one of the criteria that companies uses to short list candidate.
Your performance in the interviews determines your probability of getting the job.
Apart from your area of expertise now days companies also look for good communication skills both in writing and speaking, good aptitude, problem solving and analytical skills, willingness to learn and adapt new technology.
Keep tracking and attempt the walkin interviews that companies schedule time to time. There are many sites available on net that informs about the walkins going in your city. All the best.
