I am a B.Tech graduate in mechatronics.I got a job in wipro but not yet got my joining date. Hence looking for another job related to my discipline but all available jobs requires experience.Please suggest what other options are available to excel my career and in what field.
Congratulations for choosing such a different career-Mechatronics. Do you have plans for higher studies? Are there any financial and other personal constraints for that? If not, then go ahead and do your MS. Such domains are not frequented, hence the engineers get good jobs. If you are keen on finding a job here, then there are some companies like Bosch, Delphi, Harman etc that work on such domains. Why I say this is because its a unique and interesting field; so pursuing a career in that will be excellent. Yes, you are right, these jobs need experience. But, companies like Bosch have campus recruitment (on-campus and pool-campus). The tests and interviews are manageable. Other companies do offer internships. Please google for the list of companies and the job openings. Use Naukri as well for search. There are many jobs created in aerospace industry. Since most of them correlate well to your study, explore it.

I strongly empathize with you. Sometimes you have to change the job-search strategy. Broaden your job search. See what channels are used by companies-some may consider resumes in job portals; while some may consider resumes from job consultants, others from employee referrals.

Mostly companies like Wipro, don't go down on their job offers. They may offer a different role that what was promised, but won't reject the offer. Be patient on that. Do ask your placement officer/consultant if you can ask them on your offer. If yes, mail the HR & convey your interest.
You need to apply for a small company for the period where there is no bonds(. This job will help you to have some exposure and keep yourself ready with employable with Wipro when being called up. All the very best !!
