hi this is Pallavi.I just appeared for my final sem MBA examination and right now working in a hr consultancy as my specialization as well as area of intrest is hr.Actually people here are paying me so less...should i stick or leave and try somewhere else.
dear i would like to suggest you still make is continuous with your old organization and according to specialization you are doing work in same filed that is good for your carrier and this is will approach you well. when you spend at least 2 year with your organization then you can get more better and good option in another organization.
i would suggest you to please at least spend some more time with current organization because now economic fall suggests to wait and watch only. practically, your final examination is still pending and you should wait tlll final signal of result also...
Dear Pallavi...Practise makes man perfect..it tells us in the initial of our carrier never bother about money.1st we have to learns the things perfectly bcs you are going to make a carrier in Hr..now a days its very very difficult to get a good job in hr...so learn as much as u can and become an exepert...bcs Experience in our Expertise....if u expert abt ur field thn opportunity shd cum to u automatically....be conficident....tc
You r appearing your mba right so upto complesion of your mba continu with that consultancy after complesion of your MBA at least you have a work experience on that base you can search Another job also...Sandhya
