QUESTION
Hi sir, this is prabhakaran.. Am a B.com graduate, am 2010 passed out. havi 2 yrs exp in non-voice.. and i left the job, currently am searching job but i dint get because of this profile.. now i want to change my field to accounts but companies is not take me into accounts filed wat i need to do??

Hi Prabhakan... Companies either hire fresher in accounts role from colleges .. or they hire people with relevant experience.. and this is where you are facing the problem... If you are sure to move to accounts now... writing CA / CFA would be the first thing you should focus on.. so make your current education overshadow the last 2 years experience that they don't find as relevant .. HRs have their own logic of not being able to mould people of non-relevant work experience into a different sector
 
 
prabha i agree but sorry sir i don hav money to study, my family situation i went to work, now i want to go with my professional tat is accounting line or banking.. and also i should take care of my family.. is there any way please help me...

best option wud be to go for CA. no other degree/course can provide u a better career in accounting than CA.
