You are looking at 3 totally unrelated options being -1) Get a job in MBA Finance field 2) Do a SAP certification and look for a job in that field 3) Continue with the HCL job. You need to choose your option. I understand that since you have put this query across, you are looking for a job change hence Option 3 is not the best option for you. You need to figure if you want a Finance related job or SAP related job since choosing one of them will only take you further away from the other. Based on what you choose, you can take the steps. For SAP, you would need to do a specialized certification for becoming a SAP certified professional. Similarly you can also choose to do specific area related courses offered by institutions like FLIP and NSE which can help do focused study of area of interest. Also find contacts in your network of friends and relatives, especially ones in the Finance field for possible job opportunities. You can also give Bank PO exams a shot if they interest you.
