Hii Rahul first thing is marketing will includes sales is not mandatory & second choosing profile depends all on your interest. If you have a desire to learn about the market related to your industry you can go for marketing which may even helps you to brush your skills & you will get the opportunity to learn a lot , on other hand operation may help you to understand your company better & improve managerial skills. So decision is all yours. All the very best.

Dear Rahul

Operations is for those who like to work in a closed environment. Like to bring changes to organisational system internally in a process oriented way. It also involves a lot of transactions which can be ERP driven or manual depending upon the kind of organisation you enter...

Operations roles are more fulfilling in Manufacturing Organisations.

ALl the best!
