Dear Ankita, If you want to make career in business analysis n management then MBA is the best option available. But it depends on your present conditions like can you give your fulltime/parttime, can you spend on a big course fee etc. Yeah, MBA is the key to your goal but do it from a well recognized institute bcoz eraning only a degree without core knowledge and proper handson experience is useless. And not all MBA institutes can give you the same. So be selective in your institute if you are going for a MBA. Otherwise if you are interested in staying in present job for the above reasons then you can go for one of online courses for Business Analyst by many worldwide based organizations. But in my opinion, its not too late to go for a fulltime course of MBA at a very good well recognised institute.
Best of Luck.
