Hi! Let me tale you my background first. I have done B.Com in 2009 and Done MCA in 2013 form distance (SMU). I Have 5 yrs experience in Finance and Back office. After completing my MCA, I realize that very less opening for fresher, mean no job.should I continue my career with my previous experience.
Dear Raja , you have 5 yrs of rich experience in Finance . Then you have MCA that means you have enough knowledge about programming and information technology..... ... ... Now some how if you can do SAP or Oracle EBS R12 Course on finance module then you can have a great career... Generally ERP Finance consultants can have a salary of above 50 thousand with 4-5 years of experience..
you can do that or it would be better if you can check what kind of offers you are getting as an MCA graduate.If you think those offers are better than your previous experience or growth is assured than go for it. Else you can still maintain yourself with your current experience & grow too...
