Hi, krishna murthy here.......... I ve completed MBA (FIN & HR).. still i didnot get any joy on my belt because i'm an fresher so most of the company are not ready to hire fresher for their company........ so any guidelines to crack the interview and get into any joy
Its not like that the companies do not hire fresher. They do hire because they get the candidates at a very cheap cost. But yes they only hire when they find a good candidate. Just focus on improving yourself so that you prove your worth in front of the company. Increase your knowledge base regarding the job profile and company you are applying for.
