If you are in a hurry and want to continue working you can do a part time course if you want to join immediately.You can go for part time courses of repute in MBA from Symbiosis and IIM's
If you are planning to do something big with your life than try your luck with some qualifying examination esp the ones associated with MBA courses like CAT/XAT/SNAP etc. You can continue your career in sales and marketing after that.
