You, as a prospective HR candidate, have great potential. You have administrative experience which is the base for HR. Moreover, extra qualification by way of doing additional courses. Just complete your MBA in HR and apply for a corporate HR profiles. As far as industry is concerned, I will advice you to learn more about all other industries as well and what an HR is expected to do in all such industries. And most importantly be open to all the industries as you may never know from where the opening comes.
