QUESTION
Hi ,
I have 2 years experience in Operations - Logistic , Admin, Project Management.
Have done B.E in Industrial Engineering.
Planning to go for MBA.
1) Should I do full time or Executive type MBA?
2)What is the weightage for Executive MBA in present Industry scenario?

from your experience, u have a wonderful skill in management... so better u complete MBA and try for better corporate companies. Every project managers have better innovative thinking. so u plz work for head in project teams which leads to your personal development and ultimately contributes to the company's growth. Just try to enhance your Working skills, In current scenario it doesn't matter wither it is Executive MBA or Full time MBA. Be always be a part of some organization and learn new things.

According to my perception u better to do executive MBA. If people want to do executive mba they should do something job which help full to them after completion of MBA. that to u have 2 years of experience. So, 2 exp + 2 MBA (executive)= 4 years of experience u will be have. that can be considered and having good importance while in recruitment process. ***** EXE MBA should do from any recognized university.

As You have 2 years of Work exp. I must suggest you to go for regular MBA(full time) from very well reputed B-School, which has good placement records.Because after that on the basis of ur education and work experience u would be getting very good package on campus placements.
