Hi I am V.Swati. I have completed MCA in 2011.I don't have first class throughout my career.So I am not eligible for MNC companies.I have done .net course.Due to some family problem I was unable to do job.Now I don't have experience.Plz guide me what to do now?
First update your Resume on all job portals.And as per your Query,it's not clear right now where are you staying,so i l suggest go in some metro cities pune or bangalore, and start your career with any small farm,so that you can work in diverse condition,then try for any big MNC.
1. If you are good at teaching then you can join some BCA/MCA college.
2. If you want to join any MNC company then you may start your job from some small company - for that you can just approach some local companies or private firms who are in need of .net operator.
So after some 5-6 months experience you can have chances to jump in MNC companies.

Actually i am also a fresher so matter of fact there r no openings for freshers so it may take some time for that purpose i joined as BDO(business development officer)and i am trying for internship so better look for a job may be its an MNC BPO join there and try for internship or development side .Note never write the agreement until u find u r goal job ALL THE BEST

Hi Swati, try getting a job in one of the small or middle sized IT companies in your city. The remuneration may not be at par with MNCs initially, but you will be able to gather some work experience. Once you complete about 2 years or more in the company, you can then search for and appear for lateral entries into the MNCs.
This is true for mnc company u must have carreer.but all company will not demand for first carreer so u will try in private company.
ya u can do internship in it company...like hcl..

There are some companies which won't rely on marks but on skills! So try with some start-up companies and after gaining some experience you are good to go with MNCs. Then ss an experienced guy, no one will question your marks! All the best.

Please don't loose hopes. As you have already wasted almost two years for what ever reason so you may not be eligible for many companies but if you expertise in your field, (.net) still there are possibilities you can get job , no matter what salary you get, just try get some experience and enhance your skills. After some experience you can try even in good MNCs.
2 years of education gap companies will accept wherein if you have strong reason u can convince the people. Thats all depend on your talent. .NET have a good scope in company . There are lots of vacancies going in TCS,WIPRO,CTS,INFOSYS SAP,IGATE etc....

Matter of fact the mnc companies wont recruit directly if they want they go for mass recruitment in campus drives so its better to try for internship its the best one for freshers
swati atfirst don't say that i am not unable for mnc because all mnc doesnot have the criteria of overallfirst division another u should start your carrier foom any com and take exp.. if u have exp. then u should be welcomed by big com but in initial period u should start your carrier by any com ..evenas less salary..
