Hi I am V.Swati. I have completed MCA in 2011.I don't have first class throughout my career.So I am not eligible for MNC companies.I have done .net course.Due to some family problem I was unable to do job.Now I don't have experience.Plz guide me what to do now?
don't worry that's not a problem at all. Please go to any MNC company for interview and tell the reason of delay or financial problems and i am sure that u got a job..............if u wait for a long time about this problem there is no solution...............
Swati, I have some friends who have done MCA and after that they didn't get good company because of education background. But they started their carrier with small and medium company and after 2-3 years they become very good expertise in their doamin, specially .NET, PHP etc. Now they have very good salary and very good opportunity. So don't worry, you life is not finished, so be steady and go slow once you will get good opportunity very soon.
The only & probably best answer to your question is that u gain experience with smaller companies. Then you can get access to MNC's easily. Nothing to worry about.
You get Bigger & Better exposure in MNC's.
Put your best possible efforts in Small companies & then your doors will open in MNC's too.
hello swati,you can start working in software companies.they can give you small salary but if you are working for 1-2 years in that company ,you can switch to MNC companies like WIPRO etc.
Don't worry about gap ,just choose the correct path in wht faculty you have to make carrer decide it and join the company dont look towards salary just learn whatever you can make the work experience better in particular field ,than only it can possible to reach your destination because freshers having no value......just follow it.......and best of luck for your carrer.........
