I belive in self confidence.make sure you speak proper english when you are going for an interview as a fresher.there are many thing which you need to kown before going to B.P.O sector as for example:make eye to eye contact wid H.R,be confident, and always say some positive points about your previous life.do not speak much about your family or do not show much about your family problem..for a fresher its very difficult to get into Call Center but still you can follow some basic things as it is mention above..and if you need more help then you can send me mail in my Email address:tirkeyjohnny60@gmail.com

Dear Swati, don't get confused.. Firstly u should try in companies in your city. Otherwise second option is u should try in any engineering college for lecturer. And listen dear u should take exp from small companies rather than MNC. So don't be panicked... All the best... :)

Hi Swati,

2 years is not that much gap so cheer-up :) and low marks is not an issue. But from now just remember one thing brush up your Dot Net and be master in that and for time being try in small IT companies ....this experience will boost your confidence as well as it helps you in near future.Good Luck :)
Cheers!!!

Swati, due to the gap you have now in your career due to your family problem, you may not be elegible for the MNCs right now. However, you can easily try for the small IT firms in your city. Gather some experience there and then your career gap and less marks will be overlooked. Last but the most important point is as you are trained in .Net, please bursh it up and get completly prepared as the small companies will not provide you any training. Do not loose hope, all the best.

Dear Swati,
You can start your work by contacting companies which are works on .net softwares.
You can cantact them. They have lots of work and sometimes they are looking for outsourcing of work so you can get work from there.
